Whether you are just starting off in your career or are an expert in your industry, mentorship can significantly contribute to your overall success. That’s why the DC Chapter of Women in Healthcare is excited to launch our signature mentorship program.

Join us on February 26th as we kickoff our mentorship program with a mixer that will connect women throughout the DC area working in the healthcare industry.

Need help determining which role to select? See our definitions of “Mentor” and “Mentee” below for understanding your best fit. 

Mentor – Someone who has at least 15 years of experience in her respective industry.

Mentee – Someone who has less than 15 years of experience in her respective industry.

NOTE: If you feel strongly that you would best function as a mentor or mentee, but do not meet the criteria set forth by the definition, please reach out to us and we can help determine your role in this program.
