Honoring boundaries and prioritizing self-care can feel like an elusive task. Join us in creating awareness around emotional and physical burnout in health care. Together we’ll uncover the power of small shifts in behavior and mindset to keep you in balance at home and work.
Prevent workplace burnout. It’s time to work your week, not let it work you.
Attendees will learn:
How to establish non-negotiable, 1% actions for daily self-care (and stick to them!)
How to respond rather than react and protect personal boundaries.
How to move from a place of stress to calm in 30 seconds or less.
