The Consumer Impact on Healthcare from Delivery to Facilities
What is consumerism in Healthcare? Is Healthcare delivery today more market and data driven, and does this information affect services? By 2019 Millennials will number an estimated 73 million and Boomers are estimated to decline to 72 million. Is there a difference in the way these populations “consume” healthcare? This session will explore the ways the consumer interacts with Healthcare brands, their priorities and impact . Our panelists will define healthcare consumerism, explain healthcare trends in response to consumerism, and discuss facility impacts of these trends.
