But mentorship isn’t just a one-way street. Rather, it’s a reciprocal relationship that exposes both parties to new perspectives and ideas.
Whether you are looking for guidance and insight from more experienced women in the healthcare industry as a mentee, or would like the opportunity to reach back to women who are in the earlier stages of their career as a mentor, our Mentorship Program has something for everyone.
