Find your zen and join Women in Healthcare for our Members Only event, a complimentary yoga course at sunset, led by RYT-200 certified instructor. Take in the amazing rooftop views of our nation’s capital while channeling your inner yogi and networking with women from various disciplines supporting the business of healthcare.

Metro and Parking Information

The closest metro stops are Gallery Place-Chinatown (green, red, and yellow lines – 0.3 miles away) and Metro Center (blue, orange, silver, and red lines – 0.6 miles away). Hourly garage parking is available at the Haworth.

Schedule

5:30 PM to 6:00 PM – Registration
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM – Sunset Yoga
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Networking

Important Details: This course is meant for beginners, and we encourage you to join us even if you have never attended a yoga class before. For those of you who are more advanced, the instructor will find ways to challenge you. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. If you need to change into your yogi wear before participating, restrooms are located on site
