Join us for a deliciously educational virtual experience with Chef Aimee Blume, Executive Chef at OFS! 

Chef Blume graduated from Western Culinary Institute in 2000. She has worked on the Northwest Coast, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Rome, Italy; New Orleans; and in Southern Indiana. She has been the corporate chef at OFS since 2013. Her experience includes everything from classic French fusion to authentic Italian, country clubs and even three years as executive chef at a large hospital. She especially loves working with authentic regional foods from around the world. In addition to her job at OFS, she has also for 12 years been the food and dining reporter for the Evansville Courier & Press in Evansville, Indiana; taught culinary classes at IVY Tech Community College in Evansville for four years, and currently teaches public classes at Thyme in the Kitchen cookware and tabletop store in Evansville.
