Jointly hosted by Women in Healthcare’s DC and Maryland Chapters, the Female Leadership Summit returned with a new lineup of amazing female leaders in the healthcare industry. Thought-provoking panel discussions allowed the audience to look within themselves to be the change that promotes women in leadership. The panels included informal dialogues sharing personal stories that challenged the audience to eliminate boundaries put on their professional growth. After lunch attendees broke out into sessions that offered both professional development skill sessions and technical topic discussions.
